The suspect had been detained yesterday (5 November 2024) and brought before the Investigating Judge at the Federal Court of Justice (see Press Release No. 59 of 5 November 2024).
Jörg S., who was arrested in Poland, will be brought before the Investigating Judge at the Federal Court of Justice once he has been extradited by the Polish authorities.
